I have come to discover that I am somewhat of a fountain of useless information. I have always enjoyed doing research, seeking out information, and collecting facts. Not long ago my husband accidentally clicked on my bookmark list instead of his and he was, well, a bit speechless at how many odds-and-ends of websites I had marked and saved for future reference. (Actually, I think his comment went something like, “Holy crap, you spend a lot of time on the computer,” which loosely translates to, “Holy crap, get a life.”)
What can I say?? I love collecting all those bits and pieces, the useful, interesting, funny, or just odd websites. I just don’t spend a lot of time sharing them because frankly, I hate being bothersome sending out mass e-mails. But boy, I want to share this stuff with someone – anyone! And thus was born The Information Desk, a/k/a I Gotta Share This Stuff With SOMEONE.
So please, join me, check in once in a while and see if there is anything that interests you. I make no predictions about what you will find here – anything goes. You are just as likely to find a great new recipe or a link to a funny blog, as you are to find my observations on my sons’ latest computer game obsession or information about local goings-on.
